Do I have full rights to the video that I receive?
After you approve a video, all copyrights to it belong to you.
Can I ask for a revision when I get my video?
Yes, you can request a revision once without any additional cost. Remember that changes to your video must comply with the information and instructions you provided when creating your video introduction.
What if Passioncy does not have a creator for my product?
The odds are slim. But if this happens, we'll be happy to issue your refund.
