  • Who can become a creator?
    1. To become a creator, you must live in the United States and be at least 18 years old. 2. Additionally, you need an authorized work status to work in the United States.
  • How do I get paid?
    Once your video is approved, the payment amount will be added to your earnings. Transfer earnings to your PayPal account once a month.
  • Can I choose the brand to work with?
    Yes. You will be able to choose between offers from different brands, read the requirements before and decide if you want to apply.
  • How will I get the product?
    Products will be shipped to your address for free. So you don't have to pay for them.
  • Do I need to use a camera to shoot?
    To get started, we don't need you to have cameras. You can use your phone camera. But we have a requirement for your camera if you want to be a pro-creator on the platform.
  • Do I need any other equipment?
    Yes, we expect you to use an external mic for voice quality. A tripod or a stabilizer is needed as well for image stability.
  • Do I need to post videos on my social network?
    No. You don't need to post it on your social network.
  • Do I need a lot of followers on social media?
    No. You don't have to have lots of followers.
  • How long does it take for my profile to be approved?
    Your video pitch will be approved in 2 business days. If your pending application takes longer, please check your email. We’ve sent you an email with a few tips and tricks on minor changes to your video pitch!
  • Should I add music to my video?
    Please do not add music to your video. Brands often can't use videos with music due to copyright violations, and they can't edit videos because of the added soundtrack.
  • Do I have full rights to the video that I receive?
    After you approve a video, all copyrights to it belong to you.
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    All types of credit cards.
  • How do I pay creators?
    We take care of everything. No need for time consuming price negotiations and expensive deals.
  • What's the marketing consulting included?
    Our video marketing expert will go through your project together to help you improve your content strategy to reach targeted audiences effectively.
  • What's video content management？
    You can store all your video content and video marketing data on our platform and provide an environment for your team to collaborate.
  • Will the subscription be automatically charged every month?
    Yes. Once you subscribe to our service, it will be charged every month. But you could cancel it anytime.
  • Can I ask for a revision when I get my video?
    Yes, you can request a revision once without any additional cost. Remember that changes to your video must comply with the information and instructions you provided when creating your video introduction.
  • What if Passioncy does not have a creator for my product?
    The odds are slim. But if this happens, we'll be happy to issue your refund.
  • What's the difference between basic and premium video​?
    Our community of creators make both types of videos. However, these video types are very different. Basic quality video features: Produced in 1080P on a smartphone with an external microphone and stabilization of the footage. No additional camera equipment required. Features of the natural、house、video ring light. No additional shooting locations are required. Videos are mostly used for social media and advertising campaigns. Basic quality video Example: Premium quality video features: Created by hand-picked creators with extensive knowledge of cinematography, acting and editing Filmed with professional equipment (e.g. iPhone14 pro, professional camera, studio lights, Stabilizer) As far as possible to ensure the highest video quality, the average video quality is 4K. With creative shots, aesthetic composition and seamless editing, extreme close-ups, slow motion Can be filmed in a home studio, filmed in at least 2 locations.
